The Rotary Club of Calcutta South City Towers conducted a regular meeting with the visit of AG Rtn. Tanu Roy and Zonal Secretary Rtn. Ranjan Basu. During the meeting, all official documents and reports were reviewed. The AG appreciated that the records were well maintained and properly updated, and that all procedures had been correctly followed. Both the AG and Zonal Secretary shared valuable insights on documentation, reporting, and the importance of updating records on the RI/Zone platform. They also guided members on proper usage of the platform and emphasized timely updates. The interaction was informative and helped create better awareness among members regarding Rotary processes and reporting standards.
