The Board reviewed the clubs financial status, including Rs.5,000 received during installation, current cash balance, and pending payments. Ongoing projects such as the Madhabpur Centre, water project and mosquito-net distribution are progressing, while the tailoring project needs reassessment due to low participation. The Board discussed using interest from fixed deposits to clear dues and support upcoming activities. A family picnic was proposed to raise additional funds. Leadership for the next Rotary year was finalised: Rtn. Ritesh Agarwal was unanimously elected as President, and Rtn. Raj Srivastava agreed to serve as Secretary. Remaining decisions will be taken in the next meeting.
